Voice Plans

  • Click the Voice Plans link from the menu on the left of the TBS Administration screen

This tool is also accessible from the Wireless screen by clicking the Voice Plan link.

The managed data can be found in the rtWirelessVoicePlans table.

Rate Code– the identifier for the plan

  • appears in the Voice Plan drop-down list on the Wireless screen

Description – informational only

  • appears in the Voice Plan Plan/Description column on the Wireless screen

Monthly Charge – the recurring monthly charge

Minutes of Usage – the number of free Anytime (outside of the nights and weekends window) minutes included in the plan

Unlimited Peak Usage – if checked, all calls outside of the nights and weekends window are free

Night and Weekend Minutes of Usage – the number of free minutes for calls within the nights and weekends window

Unlimited Night and Weekend Usage – if checked, all calls within the nights and weekends window are free

Cost Per Minute – the overage charge for each call minute

Roaming Cost Per Minute – the roaming charge for each call minute

Roaming LD – this is not currently being used

DID Mapping Override – this is not currently being used

Directory Assistance – the charge for a directory assistance call

International Rate Code – the international long distance rate

  • The options in this drop-down list are filled from the ratecode field in the rtINAT table

International PIN Rate Code – this is not currently being used

Minimum Increment – the minimum number of seconds billed for a call

Additional Increment - the increment to which calls are rounded if they are above the minimum increment

Deactivated Date – the date the plan was no longer available to the customers

    Click the calendar icon or enter the dates manually

Shared Plan

1) Shared – every line on this account with this plan will share the plan

2) Pooled – each line in the group will share the sum of their plans

3) Default – standard plan

The options in this drop-down list should only be updated by PTT staff using the Drop Down Lists Admin Tool > List Name – SharedPlan
